With the rapid development of information technology, the digital transformation of education has become a significant trend in the field of education. Personalized learning, as a key approach to meeting the diverse needs of students and enhancing the quality of education, presents new opportunities and challenges in the context of digital transformation. This paper delves into the theories and practices related to personalized learning paths in the digital transformation of education, analyzes the existing problems, and proposes targeted strategies, aiming to provide a reference for the effective implementation of personalized learning in the process of educational digitalization.
